RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
For climbing expeditions to
Aconcagua,
Cordillera Blanca and any peak of Central Andes, for trekking to
Cordillera
Blanca and Patagonia:
- The reservation and confirmation
of any trip will be made
with 30% deposit of the total cost of services, 45 days before
departure
("Day 1").(ask for the bank
swift instructions)
- Balance must be paid on "day 1"
of the trip schedule
Payments will be wired to Bank
account
in Chile (US$, Euros)
If you are a Tour Operator, other
arrangements could be further negotiated. Please contact us for more
details.
CANCELLATIONS
Upon written notice of
cancellation,
the following fees will apply:
- before 45 days USD $250
- Less than 45-20 days 50% of the
reservations
- Less than 20 days, no refunds.
REFUNDS
Because land cost is quoted as a
package, no refunds will be given for unused services
INSURANCE
We do not provide or include
accident
or travel insurance policy in our expedition cost. We can provide
logistical
support and assistance.
RESPONSIBILITY
Andes Mountain Expediciones acts
only as agent for the passenger with regards to travel, and assumes no
liability for any type of injury, damage, loss, accident,
social-political
disturbances, natural phenomena or anything beyond our control.
Reasonable
changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the
comfort
and well being of passengers.
Andes Mountain Expediciones
assumes
no liability regarding provision of medical care. If you or your
clients
have medical problems we recommend that you have a medical certificate
filled by the traveler and his/her physician. Climbers are responsible
for selecting a trip according to their capability and experience, and
bringing appropriate personal equipment, without jeopardizing his/her
safety
and the safety of the group. Our staff and guides are ready to advise
you
and answer your questions prior and during expeditions.
