 Climbed for the first time the 12 of July of 1951 this mountain is considered ideal to acclimatize before attempt a high altitude like Huascarán. The approach is through Llanganuco gorge where we will see two beautiful lagoons, Chinancocha at 12,631 ft. (3,850 ms.) and Orcococha at 12,674 ft. (3,863 ms.) Surrounded by most impressive mountains, is possible to enjoyed one of the most spectacular views of Cordillera Blanca mountain range.

Day 1 : Flight to Lima, Hotel.
Arrival to Lima airport. Pick up at the airport and private transfer to Lima Hotel in Miraflores District.
Day 2 : Lima - Huaraz at 10,006 ft. (3,050 m.s)
Private ground transfer from Lima to Huaraz. Hotel.
Day 3 : Huaraz - Cebollapampa.
Leave Huaraz towards Yungay at 8,202 ft. (2,500 ms.) pavement route of 60 kilometers. Then the route goes through the Llanganuco gorge. After set up our camp on a grassy field (Cebollapampa), begins our trek to lagoon 69, that have a super view of mount Chacraraju and the glacier. Back to Cebollapampa. Camp.
Day 4 : Cebollapampa - Base camp.
From here the trek take approximately 4 hours until reaching a beautiful mountain refuge. From here we continue to the advanced base camp, crossing the moraine of Huandoy glacier to install us at the beginning of Pisco glacier.
Day 5 : Summit day.
Leave our tents early in the morning, we will take the southwestern route in the direction of the pass Huandoy Este-Pisco (2 hours). From here we reach the summit in 3 hours more. Return to the advanced base camp, and move to base Camp.
Day 6 : Base camp - Huaraz.
Return to Cebollapampa, place where our private vehicle is waiting us. Transer to Huaraz. Hotel.
Day 7 : Huaraz - Lima, Hotel.
Ground transfer to Lima. Hotel.
Day 8 : Lima - Flight back.
Pick up at the Hotel in Lima and transfer to Airport.
