Located in the heart of Cajón del Maipo valley, we have the tallest volcano of the Central Andes. Tupungato Volcano is located between Chile and Argentina border line. This is a magnificent expedition, in a little visited place, surrounded by imposing mountains.

Day 1: Arrival to Santiago.
Pick up the Group at the Santiago airport. Private transfer to our Hotel in Santiago. Equipment check.
Day 2: Transfer to Colorado Valley - trek to Agua Buena.
Transfer from Santiago towards Cajón del Maipo valley. Here we will check our permit climb with the police. After one hour by car, we arrive at the beginning of our trek, place where the horses be loaded. Around 2 and 3 hours of trek. Camp Agua Buena. Set up our camp. Dinner.
Day 3: Trek to Flojos camp.
Breakfast in the morning. Load our mules with all of our equipment. Trek from Agua Buena to Vega de Los Flojos at 10,827 ft. (3.300 m.). Camp and dinner.
Day 4: Base Camp.
Hike to our base camp at 4.250 alti-meters. Will be around 5-6 hours of hike until arrive at the end of the valley. Then we will up until find our base camp. Set up our camp at the foot of Tupungato Volcano. Dinner.
Day 5: Rest day at base camp. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 6: Carry load at Camp 1.
Carry load to camp 1 at 4.800 meters., and return to our base camp. Dinner.

Day 7: Camp 1.
Move the expedition to Camp 1.
Day 8: Carry load to Camp 2.
Day 9: Camp 2.
Move the expedition to camp 2 at 5.500 meters.
Day 10: Summit day.
Early before sunshine, we will out of our tents toward the summit of Tupungato at 6.570m. About 6-7 hours until reach top of this Volcano. Back to Camp 2. Dinner.
Day 11: Extra day for summit

Day 12: Extra day for summit

Day 13: Base camp - Agua Buena.
Down hill until Agua Buena camp. Dinner.

Day 14: Santiago.
Trek out from Agua Buena to Chacayar. Here we will take out transport to Santiago. Hotel.
