The Central Andes summits of Chile have the privilege to be closely from Santiago, reason why we did not need more than four days to reach some of these peaks. Technical routes (with climbing passages) and no technical we offer in our expeditions. In these last ones, it is not practically required previous mountain experience, only an good physical condition and many desire to adventure on the summits that previously the Incas conquered.

Day 1 Arrival Santiago.
Pick up at the airort and transfer to hotel in Santiago.
Day 2: Santiago - base camp.
Transfer from Santiago Villa Paulina at 5,900 ft. (1,800 mts), 1 hour, place where we begin our trek. From here, all our equipment will be transported by mules. After a long day of smooth ascent by the Yerba Loca Valley, we will arrive at our camp at 9,843 ft. (3,000 mts.) above the sea level.
Day 3: Camp 1 - High camp.
Leave Camp 1, where we will be able to observe a spectacular view of our objective La Paloma hill (16,273 ft. - 4.960 m.) and Altar (17,60 ft. - 5.200 m.). We will choose the normal route of ascent, the northwest flank of the mountain, that non demand mayor climbing technical. The glacier route on west side of the glacier La Paloma, is composed totality by ice and snow.
Day 4: Summit day on La Paloma and the Altar in a long day. From summit we have great view to Aconcagua, Altar and El Plomo. Back to our base camp. Dinner.
Day 5: C1. - Santiago.
Breakfast. Load our mules that will carry all our mountaineering and camping gear. Return to Villa Paulina where our vehicle will transfer us to Santiago. Hotel.
