Licancabur, majestic volcano located near San Pedro de Atacama, in the Chilean-Bolivia border line. This journey also visit interesting places of the high lands of Atacama Desert. Salt lakes, turquoise lagoons, Tatio geysers, the Moon Valley and more imposing places.

Day 1: Arrival to Calama.
Arrival to Calama. Our guide will received you at the airport. Private transfer to San Pedro de Atacama. Hotel.
Day 2: Chaxa - Peine - Salar - Moon Valley.
Overland day trip. Pick up at the hotel in San Pedro in our four wheel drive vehicle. Visiting Chaxa lagoon located into the Atacama salar (Flamingos place). After that we will visit the village of Peine old village of the Atacama. Then we will visit the Salar de Atacama, impressive flat area Atacama Desert covered with salt. Box lunch. Then we will continue the journey to visit Valle de la Luna late on the afternoon. Hotel.
Day 3: Tatio Geysers.
Early in the morning, pick up at the hotel in San Pedro to visit the Geyser El Tatio located at 4,200m. Here we will hike Soquete hill to improove our acclimatization. After that, visit thermal waters of Turi. Box lunch. Back to San Pedro Hotel.
Day 4: Lascar Base camp (Lejia lagoon)
From San Pedro we will drive to laguna Lejia located at 4,200m. From here there are views to Aguas Calientes, Lascar and Pili volcanos. Set up the camp and walk to acclimatize. Dinner.
Day 5: Lascar summit.
Breakfast in the morning. Drive to Lascar 1 hour. From 4,500m. we will start our hike to the crater of Lascar (4-5 hours). Down hill back to San Pedro de Atacama. Hotel.
Day 6: Bolivia.
From San Pedro de Atacama we will drive crossing the Chile-Bolivia border. Camping in Laguna Verde with view of Licancabur. Dinner.
Day 7: Laguna Verde and hotspring.
Walk along Laguna Verde and visit Hot spring with great view of Altiplano and Licancabur. Return to our camp.
Day 8: Licancabur summit.
About 6-8 hours to reach the summit by North edge. On the summit we have a great view to the crater and the mysterious lagoon inside it. Down hill back to our camp and return to San Pedro de Atacama. Hotel.
Day 9: Santiago.
Transfer to the airport of Calama.
