In our guided expedition services we provide:

1- Local guides with many years of experience climbing mountains in their own countries. Chilean and argentinean local guides that work in Aconcagua and Central Andes of Chile, have a lot of experience working at high altitudes. (Max. ratio guide - client, 1:3).

Also for our Patagonian trips in Torres del Paine, Ice Cap and Fitz Roy area, our guides staff have been working in this area for at least 8 years with a complete knowledge about history, flora and fauna of Patagonia.

As well as the guides that work in Aconcagua, Peruvian mountain guides have been born near these mountains and glaciers.

Our local guides provide you with an incomparable experience with their culture, nature and friendship, making your expedition more enjoyable with a high standar.

2- Our High Mountaineering trips are designed to have the best acclimatization, having the possibility to climb a smaller height before attempting to climb a great summit such as the Aconcagua. We plan our itineraries very carefully. Our trips are specially designed to give our clients the best possible chance or reaching the summit. We have plenty of days built into our schedules in case we are forced to wait out stormy weather. We have a safe and slow ascent plan which is necessary for proper acclimatization. We are extremely efficient during the entire expedition, but we do not rush things or skip important details. On our Aconcagua Normal Route expedition we take an extra day in Penitentes to do an acclimatization hike which has proven to help folks get a jump on there acclimatizing. On the Normal route we take a day at one of our permanently staffed camps to do a day hike to the base of the impressive south face of Aconcagua. We have adopted the climb high, sleep low program on our expeditions. This works well for proper acclimatization and keeps our pack weights down. We also have planned rest days built into our schedules which we have found is necessary for muscle recovery and also aids in acclimatization. Our guides have mountain of experience dealing with the tribulations of high altitude expeditions, sometimes itineraries need to be altered to cater to the individual needs of our clients. Because of our low guide-client ratio we are able to readily accommodate any changes that may occur during any stage of the expedition.
